Day 3 of the foam challenge!

We’ve gone from an idea, to chest pieces, to now the mask on this foam challenge build!

Day three images sent across by Mr.Bespoke, and we can now see the mask has taken shape.

The work behind the mask has involved finding, choosing and designing the right blue print to start with. Then cutting out the paper pieces, and following the foam pieces to match. It goes forward like a giant 3d puzzle, matching up pieces.

Foam works here for the mask build, because the finished product will be lightweight. It will also still allow some softness and give around the head and face, even once finished on the outside.

Items like this can be adjusted at the ordering size to fit children’s head sizes too.

It’s all looking good Mr.Bespoke!
